Evaluations- NOV. 16 (10-noon)

Cost: $55

ALL players MUST come to evaluations and wear a clean pair of indoor shoes. The whole process takes less than 10 minutes but is critical in team planning.

IMPORTANT: We assign teams according to the following criteria. 1. Even skill levels across every team. 2. Honoring the 1 day you put down you cannot practice. 3. Having the entire family practicing on the least number of nights possible. Due to the size of our league and the complexity of team making we are not able to take into consideration any friend requests or carpooling needs. If you have friend or carpooling needs please consider coaching with the other parents.
Any changes to the day you cannot practice MUST be made by Evaluation day. All teams will be FINAL when they are announced.

Interested in Coaching - We are always looking for good coaches. No experience is necessary but we do require that you know Jesus as your Savior and are active in your local church. Everyone interested in coaching goes through an interview process and background check. If chosen for a team, there is a 3 hour training on the sport and our league. And when possible we like to pair new coaches with veteran coaches for their first season.

Waiting Lists: To ensure a good experience for everyone there is a cap for every team and division. We go by registration order regardless of other factors. We will notify you if your child is currently on a waiting list and if they are moved into an open spot. If a spot does not open up you have the choice of a full refund or we can secure your spot in the next sports season (any of our sports).
